genghisgenghiscohen: scones & home made preserves: lemon marmalade, mixed berry jam, apricot and lime jam! i’m not a big jam eater, so i don’t know why i keep making it? i have a big bowl of kumquats from my tree that i was going to transform into jam, but i might make a kumquat vodka instead. scones thanks to candice’s mum (who made a whole bag for us!). YOU KEEP MAKING IT BECAUSE MAKING JAM IS ONE OF THE MOST SATISFYING ACTIVITIES ON THE PLANET.
