The kitchen where the most amazing meals were made. Fermentation headquarters (2 giant kombucha mamas - one chai flavoured, kefir, and there’s sauerkraut on the bench that I helped make, plus so much more). They don’t have a fridge so rely on fermentation to keep food before it spoils.
