..these are the tap pants i made this week. the horses run in one direction at the front, and in the other from the rear. the photos are pretty crappy, but i’ll post nicer ones once i have completed the matching bralette.

..also, today i went to my favourite op-shop/thrift store, where i’ll be volunteering, and was introduced to Helen, the 80 year old beauty who had owned and donated the horse fabric! it made my day.

Just seeing these made my day!

Pony party. This is my favourite I think.

This fabric came from Savers, and I used hot pink thread!

I made a dolphin print tank top for Fjorn, because she loves dolphins so much.

My Sunday so far…

• Wake up early in a foul mood.
• Research herbal remedies to treat my dog’s anxiety (chamomile, valerian, skullcap, St John’s Wort). 
• Buy valerian for above-mentioned purpose.
• Bake 2 loaves of olive and herb bread.
• Make 3 jars of caramelised onion jam.
• Drink coffee.

I am so frustrated right now by the fact that I don’t own any tools.

A blunt object and sheer force can only get me so far…

Like, my band is playing (on the Friday - and i believe we’re the only band playing that night with any queer/lady representation), we’re playing after Ether Rag and all the loud bands that get heaps aggressive and take their shirts off and stuff… all of those bands are really great, I’m pretty excited. Maybe our recordings will be available for distribution by then. Who knows.

You can definitely do this and Camp Betty and whatever else you got goin on in Sydney that weekend. there’s also a festival happening in Newcastle on Saturday. woah, new south wales.

I can’t make it to this WAH WAH WAH but if you can you absolutely should. And Laney, can I please have tangle recordings when they’re ready???
