I’ve nearly completed my major in Criminology (as part of my arts degree) and I loved it. I did one semester of Japanese and found that you have to be very committed to learning it if you want to do well. It’s very accumulative in that you have to be on top of the two alphabets early (hiragana especially) but it’s a very very cool language. I did a whole bunch of Cinema subjects that I loved as well… Just do what feels right. First year is cool, you can get a feel for a whole bunch of subjects
